NEXTSteps Rehab Bridge
NEXTSteps is an intensive outpatient rehabilitation including program designed to serve as a bridge post-discharge from inpatient rehabilitation.
The program offers 2 hours daily therapy per week, with services divided between physical, occupational, and speech therapy based on the impairments being addressed.
Each week, your case is reviewed by the team in an interdisciplinary meeting to determine ongoing need past the first week.
Once you complete the program, we help you taper your therapy needs to a more traditional schedule with us or with a therapy clinic of your choice.
Early Intervention
We coordinate with your team in the hospital to ensure you start our program as close to the date of your discharge as possible.
Expert Neurological Care
We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapists with special focus and specialization in neurological cases.
Maintain the Intensity of Rehab
We continue the work your hospital team has started by providing no less than 10 hours of therapy per week.
