Owner, Physical Therapist

Nik here! I completed by doctorate degree in 2017 at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Tulsa. I have been a licensed physical therapist for nearly a decade, and have dedicated my career to serving patients with neurological or complex conditions anywhere you can imagine. From hospital to home, clinic to hiking trail, I've made it my goal to help people reclaim their mobility. I love spending time with my wife, Jenna, and my two children, Eli and Arden, along with our two dogs, Etta and Brego. I read fantasy and sci-fi books, play tabletop games, and enjoy practicing guitar in my spare time. 

Occupational Therapist

Hello, I'm Amy! I earned my occupational therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2000 and have worked in neurological rehabilitation for over 25 years. I enjoy helping people living with neurological conditions of all varieties gain independence and improve their quality of life. My clinical interests include: upper extremity rehab, sensory processing, sleep hygiene, return-to-driving readiness, and community integration, with a special passion for helping people with vision impairments navigate everyday life with greater confidence and success. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, international travel, being "Adventure Aunt" to my niece and nephew, and meeting the daily demands of my cat, Buddy. As a native Tulsan, I am proud to be returning home to Oklahoma to serve my community.

Speech Therapist

Hi, I'm Cara! I studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at Oklahoma State University, earning my master's degree in 2019. I am a licensed speech-language pathologist with over 5 years of experience working in inpatient rehabilitation at a local hospital. I love to work with people with cognitive or communication impairments and help them to improve their quality of life in meaningful ways. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our adopted dog, Goose.
